  • authority. (autoridad)

I'm responsible for coaching two mew people in the department.

  • delegate. (delegar responsabilidades)
e.g. Managers need ro delegate more routine tasks to junior members of staff.


  • motivate. (motivar)

e.g. He's very good at motivating his sales team.

e.g. I have a meeting with my live manager to fix my objectives every six months.


  • staff. (empleado)

e.g. The new manager will be joining the staff in November.

e.g. We need to supervise the trainees very closely.


  • task. (tarea o labr de trabajo)
